About Shipping

All orders placed at CONCRETEBREAD are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in South Korea. Orders are processed on the next business day (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).

※ Please note: shipping bags may occasionally show minor damage due to shipping conditions, but this does not affect the quality of the product inside. If you find any issue with the product itself, please contact our support team via chat or email.

⚠️ Please Read Before Ordering

All CONCRETEBREAD products are shipped internationally from Korea as personal imports. The following limitations apply:

- If the orderer and recipient are different, we cannot list the orderer's information. For gift deliveries, please inform the recipient in advance.
- We cannot ship to package forwarders, hotels, or any non-residential addresses.
- Orders cannot be placed under a company name. Please use a personal name for all orders.

Q. How long does delivery take?

After payment, your order is prepared on the next business day (excluding weekends and Korean holidays) and arrives within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

※ Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
※ Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs/carrier processing.

Q. How much is shipping?

- Orders under $150: $18.00 USD flat rate
- Orders $150 or more: FREE shipping

Shipping Examples:
- 1 item order (e.g. Suit $44): Shipping fee $18.00
- 2 items (e.g. total $74): Shipping fee $18.00
- 4 items (e.g. total $152): FREE shipping

Couriers:
We ship via EMS (Korea Post), DHL, or UPS depending on destination and availability. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. CONCRETEBREAD has no control over these charges.
